Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Deloy AI. By creating an account or using the plugin, you accept what's here.

1. What Deloy is
Deloy AI (hereinafter, “Deloy”, “we”) is a music AI platform operated by Deloy SpA, with commercial address in Chile. We offer a Max for Live plugin for Ableton Live that lets you build virtual Producers, analyze tracks and generate cryptographic authorship certificates.
2. Who can use Deloy
To use Deloy you must be 18 or older, or have the consent of your parents or guardians. If you use Deloy on behalf of a company (label, agency, studio), you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs from it. Let us know as soon as you detect unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, that use Deloy to produce illegal content or that pose a risk to other users.
4. Your content stays yours
Everything you produce with Deloy is yours. Sessions, virtual Producers, exported tracks, Deloy DNA certificates: your property. To operate the service we need a limited license — non-exclusive, worldwide — to store and process your content. That license ends when you delete the content or close your account.
We don't use your content to train general models nor do we share it with third parties to improve others' products. See Privacy and Compliance for the details.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Deloy to:
- Generate content that infringes third-party copyright.
- Train virtual Producers with catalogs you don't have rights to.
- Produce illegal, abusive or exploitative content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or breach the integrity of the service.
- Falsify or remove Deloy DNA certificates with the intent to hide AI contribution.
6. Plans and payments
Current prices are communicated at the time of contracting. Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access to the service is maintained until the end of the already-paid cycle.
7. Marketplace and revenue share
If you publish a virtual Producer on the Deloy marketplace (when available), you receive 70% (Pro plan) or 80% (Enterprise plan) of the gross income generated by other users' uses of that Producer. Payments are processed via Stripe Connect once you exceed the accumulated minimum of USD 50.
8. Service availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep Deloy available 24/7. We don't offer a contractual SLA on Studio or Pro plans. Enterprise plans include an SLA with an uptime percentage and credit for breach; see the signed contract.
9. Limitation of liability
Deloy is offered “as is”. We are not liable for loss of tracks, data or income arising from use of the service, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence. Our total liability in any case does not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months prior to the event.
10. Termination
You can close your account whenever you want from the dashboard. We may terminate your account if you breach these terms, with reasonable prior notice except in urgent cases (illegal use, abuse, risk to other users).
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change we'll notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you don't accept the changes, you can cancel your account and the unused part of the cycle is refunded.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute is submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile, unless an arbitration agreement applies on Enterprise plans.
